Common use of 01 (a) Clause in Contracts

01 (a). For those employees working twelve (12) hour days the length of the prior notice when informing them that they are not required for work on their next regular shift becomes twelve (12) hours.

01 (a). For those employees working regular twelve (12) hour days days, the length of the prior notice when informing them that they are not required for to work on their next regular shift becomes twelve (12) hours.

01 (a). For those employees working twelve regular ten (1210) hour days the length of the prior notice when informing them that they are not required for to work on their next regular shift becomes twelve fourteen (1214) hours.
