0100 SCOPE OF NEGOTIATIONS. The scope of the collective bargaining, as provided in Ohio Revised Code 4117.08, will include all matters pertaining to wages, hours, or terms and other conditions of employment, and the continuation, modification, or deletion of an existing provision of this collective bargaining agreement.
