Common use of 01B Single instalment Clause in Contracts

01B Single instalment. Alternatively, the relevant Borrower may repay the Tranche in a single instalment on a Payment Date specified in the Disbursement Offer, being a date falling not less than 3 (three) years or more than 7 (seven) years from the Scheduled Disbursement Date.
