Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 20 equal consecutive semi-annual instalments of $4,250,000 each and by a balloon instalment of $71,800,000 (the “Balloon Instalment”) Provided that if the amount of the Loan drawndown hereunder is less than $156,800,000, each of the repayment instalments and the Balloon Instalment shall be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn balance.
Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrowers shall repay each Tranche as follows:
(a) in the case of Tranche A, by:
(i) 20 equal consecutive quarterly instalments in the amount of $979,000 each (the “Tranche A Repayment Instalments”); and
(ii) a balloon instalment of $83,420,000 (the “Tranche A Balloon Instalment”), Provided that if the amount of Tranche A drawn down is less than $103,000,000, each of the Tranche A Repayment Instalments and the Tranche A Balloon Instalment will be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn amount;
(b) in the case of the Tranche B, by 20 equal consecutive quarterly instalments in the amount of $655,000 each (the “Tranche B Repayment Instalments”) Provided that if the amount of Tranche B drawn down is less than $13,100,000, each of the Tranche B Repayment Instalments will be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn amount;
(c) in the case of each Advance of Tranche C, by:
(i) equal consecutive quarterly instalments in the amount of A each (the “Tranche C Repayment Instalments” and together with the Tranche A Repayment Instalments and the Tranche B Repayment Instalments, the “Repayment Instalments” and each a “Repayment Instalment”); and
(ii) a balloon instalment in the amount of E (the “Tranche C Balloon Instalment” and together with the Tranche A Balloon Instalment, the “Balloon Instalments” and each a “Balloon Instalment”).
Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Maximum Facility Amount by twenty eight (28) consecutive equal quarterly instalments, the first twelve (12) instalments in the amount of seven hundred thousand Dollars ($700,000) each, followed by sixteen (16) instalments in the amount of four hundred fifty thousand Dollars ($450,000) each and by a balloon payment of ten million four hundred thousand Dollars ($10,400,000) (the “Balloon Instalment”).
Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 34 consecutive 3‑monthly instalments, the first 6 of $912,500 each, the next 27 of $1,250,000 each and the thirty fourth and last of $80,775,000.
Amount of repayment instalments. Each of the twenty-four (24) consecutive six-monthly repayment instalments of the Loan shall be of an equal amount.
Amount of repayment instalments. If, on a Dividend Declaration Date, the Security Cover Percentage is less than 140 per cent., then the Borrower shall repay the Loan in an amount which, once repaid, shall eliminate the shortfall.
Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrowers shall repay each Tranche by 20 equal consecutive quarterly instalments of $1,562,500 each and by a final balloon instalment (a "Balloon Instalment") of $68,750,000 Provided that if the amount of either Tranche drawn down hereunder is less than $100,000,000 each of the said repayment instalments (including the relevant Balloon Instalment) in respect of that Tranche shall be reduced pro rata.
