A grievance shall be defined as is a dispute between complaint by a member of the Employer and the Union, or between the Employer and an Employee(s), Union (employee) concerning the interpretation, application, and/or operation any alleged violation of this Agreement, or any alleged violation thereof. The employee will first discuss the grievance with his/her immediate Supervisor on an informal basis. The employee may be accompanied by a representative of the Union.
