Common use of 100Mbps Clause in Contracts

100Mbps. the maximum rate of total bits of throughput (inbound or outbound) per second (measured in 100Mbps per second units) that the Software, as deployed, is capable of detecting, monitoring, or otherwise acting upon or processing. If multiple instances of the Software are used, then total 100Mbps is the sum of the maximum rates across all such instances.
