101 PLAT OR SURVEY AND SURVEYOR. S REPORT AND DUE DILIGENCE IN INVESTIGATING CONDITIONS. If there is any existing and available Plat or Survey of the site and sufficient adjacent lands, and a Report of Survey, the Department will furnish such information to the Professional. Nothing in this paragraph shall relieve the Professional from responsibility for investigating and determining the quality of such information provided by the Department and providing, when necessary, the performance of any additional Plat or Survey and exercising due diligence in investigating existing conditions.
