100 CLOSEOUT GENERALLY. Project Closeout consists of a Final Inspection, which is deemed to be a significant activity considered to be a Project Milestone. The Professional shall provide such services as are necessary to ensure that the Project has been fully completed in accordance with the Contract Documents. Such services include, but are not limited to, coordinating and conducting Final Inspections, collecting all necessary documents from the construction contractors, and providing assistance for all dispute claims. During the one (1) year period after the date of Final Inspection, the Professional shall assist the Department in securing remedy of any of the construction work found to be not in accordance with the contract.
