111 CONSULTATIVE PROCESS. 1. Teacher involvement in the decision-making process regarding the allocation of resources shall be encouraged. The objective shall be to have decisions made as close to the point of service as possible, consistent with a respect for the authority and responsibility of the Board for educational governance and public accountability through sound management practices.
