Common use of 11A Additional Services Clause in Contracts

11A Additional Services. If Flexion is interested in having Patheon perform Additional Services, Flexion will provide Patheon with a written request containing sufficient detail to enable Patheon to provide Flexion with a quote and proposal to provide such Additional Services. Patheon may only invoice for Additional Services that have been quoted to and approved in writing by Flexion’s Project Manager and that have been agreed in writing by the Parties in a Change of Scope Agreement. Patheon shall invoice Flexion monthly for any Additional Services performed by Patheon during the preceding month in accordance with ARTICLE IV of the Manufacturing and Supply Agreement.
