Educational Services. Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.
Educational Services. If the Network or any School plans to contract with any outside corporation, agency or entity (“Service Provider”) for the provision or implementation of all or a substantial portion of the educational programming at a School, the initial agreement reflecting such contracting, any renewal of such agreement, and any amendment making material changes to such agreement (the “Management Agreement”) is subject to District approval prior to execution by the Network’s governing board or President. In addition, the Management Agreement must provide that: (1) the District is a third-party beneficiary to the Management Agreement and (2) the District has the right to enforce and rely upon the obligations set forth in the Management Agreement. Such designation as a third-party beneficiary and right to enforce and rely upon obligation set forth in the Management Agreement shall be for the sole purpose of enforcing rights and obligations related to circumstances of school closure and termination of the Management Agreement.
a. The Management Agreement shall include a provision requiring the Network and Service Provider to provide written notice to the District of any intent to terminate the Management Agreement no later than December 1st of a given school year. In the event timely notice of termination is not provided to the District, the termination shall not be effective until the end of the school year that follows the school year in which the notice was provided. This provision shall supersede any other provision within the Management Agreement regarding termination effective date that may be in conflict with this provision.
b. In addition, the Management Agreement shall include a provision stating that in the event of closure of any of the Network’s Schools, the Network and Service Provider shall both have the responsibility to continue to provide on reasonable terms, the educational services and programs as outlined in the Management Agreement during any phase-out period for any of the Network’s School, even if the Service Provider has submitted an intent to terminate the Management Agreement.
Educational Services. The AGENCY’S curriculum shall be challenging, provoke critical thinking, and incorporate survival skills, goal setting, and the achievement of socially acceptable behavioral patterns. Instruction shall facilitate learning and build self- esteem by incorporating a variety of modalities.
Educational Services. 2.1 The School provides educational services to children from Preparatory to Year 12. The School provides educational services in accordance with the School’s registration for:
(a) Junior School Preparatory – Year 6
(b) Senior School Years 7-12
2.2 From years 7 to 12, the School offers educational services to both local and overseas students (see Schedule A, Clause 9 for further information regarding overseas students).
2.3 The education offering from Xxxxxx Grammar School for students in Years Prep to 11 follows the Australian Curriculum as prescribed by the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA).
2.4 Students in years 11-12 are offered the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) and a limited offering of Vocational Educational Training (VET), Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) and School Based Apprenticeships to select from.
2.5 Some VCE and other course subjects are available for students to undertake via distance education, within the individual student’s timetable, on campus at Xxxxxx Grammar School
2.6 All courses of study take place on campus with the exception of some VET and VCAL subjects which are undertaken at the Bendigo TAFE campus
2.7 The School does not guarantee all subjects will be available for selection in years 11-12.
2.8 The School encourages each Student to achieve their personal best but does not make specific promises or representations of any kind regarding specific academic outcomes, results or individual Student achievement, and no such representations are to be implied on the basis of the School accepting the Student for enrolment.
Educational Services a. The College provides educational services that are within the scope of the College’s registration as amended from time to time.

General Conditions Commercial presence of the foreign service provider is permitted only through an education institution which is registered in Indonesia and must meet the following conditions : 1. Educational Services. Clients may engage in a number of activities, such as General Education Degree preparation, linkage to colleges, vocational training adult schools. Peers may be used as teachers' aides to ease the anxiety of a new Client returning to continue educational goals.

Educational Services the services that the school provides in order to support the learning and development of the students. • Parent: both parents of the child when both have the legal standing of guardians or are the legal guardian by court order. • Policies: the principles, guidelines and/or rules adopted by a school and shared with all stakeholders for the purpose of achieving specific objectives. These objectives could be related to any issue pertaining to the operation of the school, such as academics, health and safety or students’ behavior. • School:
Educational Services. 5.1 The student will commence at the college in the year level as set out in the schedule and continuing until completion of Year 12 or until the student’s enrolment is otherwise withdrawn or cancelled in accordance with these terms and conditions of enrolment.
5.2 The college will provide for the benefit of the student such of the services it considers appropriate in accordance with its curriculum as the college may determine from time to time.
5.3 The college will publish the services it offers from time to time in its Educational Services Program. The course offerings, together with curricular and co-curricular offerings will be determined by the college in its sole discretion and may be varied or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, which may include making changes to its curriculum, co-curriculum offerings, teaching methods and processes and other services affecting its students.
5.4 The parent/legal guardian acknowledges that the college does not guarantee or represent in providing the services, any particular or specific student outcome or level of achievement for the student.
