Common use of 136 Skilled Nursing Facility Clause in Contracts

136 Skilled Nursing Facility. (SNF) means a group care facility that provides Skilled Nursing care, continuous Skilled Nursing observations, restorative nursing and other services under professional direction with frequent medical supervision, during the post acute phase of illness or during reoccurrences of symptoms in long-term illness.

136 Skilled Nursing Facility. (SNF) means a group care facility that provides Skilled Nursing is certified by Medicare to provide inpatient skilled nursing care, continuous Skilled Nursing observationsrehabilitation services or other related health services. Such services can only be performed by, restorative or under the supervision of, licensed nursing and other services under professional direction with frequent medical supervision, during the post acute phase of illness or during reoccurrences of symptoms in long-term illnesspersonnel.
