144A Date Attribute Schedule. Within ninety (90) calendar days after the filing of the Corporate Taxpayer Return for the Taxable Year including the 144A Date, the Corporate Taxpayer shall deliver to the Agents a schedule (the “144A Date Attribute Schedule”) that shows, in reasonable detail necessary to perform the calculations required by this Agreement, including with respect to each Blocker Holder to which such items are applicable, (i) the Blocker NOLs attributable to each Blocker as of the 144A Date and (ii) any applicable limitations on the use of the Blocker NOLs for Tax purposes (including under Section 382 of the Code).
