17Damage, Destruction. If the Premises are damaged or destroyed during the Term of this Sublease and as a result the Management Agreement is terminated pursuant to the terms of the Management Agreement, this Sublease shall terminate on the date the Management Agreement is terminated as a result thereof. Provided that such damage or destruction is not the result of damage caused by Sublessee’s gross negligence or intentional misconduct, Sublessee shall have no obligation to repair or restore the Premises and or replace any personal property, furniture, fixtures or equipment as a result of any damage to or destruction of the Premises.
