1997 Lease. Lessor and Xxxxxx previously entered into that certain Lease Agreement dated May 30, 1997 (the “1997 Lease”), whereby Lessor leased certain real property located at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx and associated with that certain hospital known as Desert Hospital or Desert Regional Medical Center and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein (the “Property”). The 1997 Lease expires on May 30, 2027, and is evidenced by that certain [Reference current recorded Memo] (the “1997 Memorandum”).
