1Purchaser’s Satisfaction Sample Clauses

1Purchaser’s Satisfaction. Beginning on the Effective Date and expiring on a date that is thirty (30) days after the Effective Date (the “Approval Period”), Purchaser shall have the right to conduct a due diligence review of the Property. Purchaser shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate this Agreement by written notice to Seller at or before the expiration of the Approval Period; and upon such termination, Purchaser shall be entitled to the return of the Xxxxxxx Money, and neither party shall have any further obligation hereunder except for the obligations which by their terms expressly survive the termination of this Agreement (the “Surviving Obligations”). If Purchaser does not terminate this Agreement by written notice to Seller prior to the end of the Approval Period, the conditions precedent set forth in this Section 5.1.1 shall be deemed to be satisfied or waived.
