Approval Period. The period stated in the Agreement Details after which We may require You to make a Repayment;
Approval Period means ten (10) Working Days from receipt of materials supplied by the ESCo, except for the Energy Audit Report which must be 30 Working Days.

Errors that have only occurred once, and which it has not been possible to reproduce during the Approval Period, are not deemed to be errors for the purpose of approving the Platform.

More Definitions of Approval Period
Approval Period means forty-five (45) calendar days, and any forty-five (45) day extension thereof as consented to by the Ceding Company, which consent shall not be unreasonably conditioned, delayed or withheld; provided, however, the Ceding Company shall not be required to consent to extend the Approval Period beyond an additional forty-five (45) days, for a total of ninety (90) days.
