1Restrictive Covenants. In consideration for the Incentive Units granted to the Participant by the Partnership under this Agreement and for the Participant’s access to and receipt of the confidential information and trade secrets described herein, the Participant agrees to be bound by the following covenants; provided that, if the Participant is subject to restrictive covenants under any other agreement, including, but not limited to, an applicable employment agreement, then the broadest restrictive covenants shall apply to the Participant.
