1Termination by Supplier Sample Clauses

1Termination by Supplier. Except during the Cooling-off period (as set out in the Key Terms), you may only unilaterally terminate this MSA by written notice to SDA if we have breached any obligation under this MSA, and: (1) you have provided us with written notice setting out details of the breach and requiring the breach to be remedied; and (2) SDA has failed to remedy the breach within 20 Business Days of the date on which the notice of breach was delivered to us.
