Field Services. The Professional shall perform the field services described below.

Field Services i) Receive and respond to public calls for service related to alleged violations of local or state codes pertaining to the care, keeping, treatment, and management of animals.
ii) Provide for the response to any of the following circumstances 24 hours a day, seven days a week:
(1) Domestic animals posing an active and present threat to public safety.
(2) Domestic animals which are severely injured, sick, or in eminent risk and whose owner is unknown or unavailable.
(3) Domestic or wild animal demonstrating signs of possible rabies infection.
(4) Calls for assistance from law enforcement or emergency response personnel.
(5) Reported animal bites where the animal remains in the area unconfined and whose owner is unknown or unavailable.
(6) Loose livestock roaming on roadways or other public areas.
iii) Provide for the response to any of the following during Animal Services' normal business hours:
(1) Pick-up and impoundment of unlimited numbers of stray confined domestic animals.
(2) Pick-up and disposal of unlimited numbers of dead domestic animals from roadways, parks, and other public areas.
(3) Pick up and transfer to shelter of owned animals for surrender or euthanasia.
(4) Pick up of dead owned animals for disposal.
iv) Provide for the necessary medical treatment and emergency care for domestic animals picked up by Animal Services personnel and for those domestic animals presented directly to veterinarians by private citizens and emergency response personnel.
v) Provide for the receipt, processing and investigation of animal bite reports as well as the subsequent quarantine of animals in accordance with state codes pertaining to rabies control.
vi) Request assistance from the San Xxxx Obispo County District Attorney's Office Bureau of Investigations when an animal bite results in significant injury causing death or likely to cause death or in any case Animal Services believes may require significant criminal investigation beyond the experience of Animal Services Officers.
vii) Receive and respond to reports of animals, domestic or wild, which are suspected to be rabid or to have been exposed to rabies infection and attempt to affect their capture. Captured animals will be processed in accordance with state codes pertaining to rabies control.
viii) Receive and process all applications related to the keeping and sale of household pets; inspect and regulate permitted operations in accordance with local and state codes.

Field Services. Company may provide field services to the Equipment, including, but not limited to, cleaning, maintenance and replenishment of soft goods, at the request of Customer. These services will be separately invoiced to Customer. If so requested, service will occur on days mutually agreed to by Company and Customer. The Company will make its best effort to service the Equipment as scheduled. In the event Company is unable to service the Equipment on the selected service day due to a holiday, inclement weather, or other interfering circumstances, Company shall service the Equipment on the earliest business day, excluding Sundays, available subject to Company's other service commitments and no later than the next scheduled service date. Company shall be granted access to the Equipment at any time for any service, maintenance or removal of the Equipment.

For each applicable calendar year during the term of the Agreement, Contractor shall be obligated to use commercially reasonable efforts to secure sufficient contracted planting acres to meet the requirements specified in the Initial Demand Plan and/or the Revised Demand Plan, as applicable. In the event that, for calendar year 2017, Contractor shall not have planted (or caused to be planted) such acres, Contractor shall pay to Pioneer an amount equal to (i) the number of the acres short of the number of acres specified in the Initial Demand Plan, and/or the Revised Demand Plan, as applicable, multiplied by (ii) [**]9, which amounts shall be payable within thirty (30) days following delivery of an invoice therefor; provided, however, that for purposes of calculating the number of acres short of the number of acres specified in the Revised Demand Plan, Contractor shall only be required to pay such amounts in respect of the number of acres that is up to twenty percent (20%) of the acres specified in the Initial Demand Plan. Except as set forth in Section 5(C), the foregoing payment will be Pioneer's exclusive remedy and Contractor's sole liability for any breach of this Section 3(A) and no breach of this Section 3(A) will constitute grounds for termination of this Agreement by Pioneer pursuant to Section 15B(i); provided, however, that (i) if Contractor shall fail to timely pay any amounts payable pursuant to this Section 3(A) or (ii) if Contractor shall be required to make payments pursuant to this Section 3(A) in three consecutive calendar years, then breach of this Section 3(A) will constitute grounds for termination of this Agreement by Pioneer pursuant to Section 15B(i). 1. Dog at large.
2. Trapped dog.
3. Livestock at large.
4. Excessive dog barking.
5. Unlicensed dog.
6. Dog or cat without rabies vaccination.
7. Dogs threatening a person or domestic animal.
8. Dog or cat bite.
9. Injured or sick stray dog, cat, or other domesticated animals.
10. Abandoned or mistreated animal.
11. Negligently confined animal.
12. Animal cruelty or neglect.
13. Dead dog, cat, or other animals (including wild animals).
14. Prohibited or dangerous mammal or reptile investigation.
15. Unsanitary premises (e.g., excessive animal waste) inspection.
