2007 STIP. The Executive’s Target Bonus for 2007 shall be $906,250. The Bonus Award for 2007 will not be prorated for the portion of the STIP performance period before the Effective Date and will be the greater of Target Bonus or the Bonus Award based on actual performance.

  • Long-Term Incentive Program During the Term, the Employee shall participate in all long-term incentive plans and programs of the Group that are applicable to its senior executives in accordance with their terms and in a manner consistent with his position with the Company.

  • Principal Terms Capitalized terms, first appearing in quotations in this Section, elsewhere in the Lease or any Exhibits, are definitions of such terms as used in the Lease and Exhibits and shall have the defined meaning whenever used.

  • Benefits of the Administration Agreement Nothing in this Agreement, expressed or implied, shall give to any Person other than the parties hereto and their successors hereunder, the Owner Trustee, any separate trustee or co-trustee appointed under Section 6.10 of the Indenture and the Noteholders, any benefit or any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under this Agreement.
