2011 Emergence Awards. For the 2011 fiscal year, the Executive shall participate in the Company’s 2010 Emergence Award Plan (the “Emergence Plan”), which shall provide that in the event the Company achieves the performance targets stated in the Emergence Plan for the 2011 fiscal year, the Executive shall be entitled to receive fully vested shares of the Company’s common stock in settlement of the Executive’s participation in the Emergence Plan, to be paid no later than March 15, 2012.
