Common use of 202 of the County Code Clause in Contracts

202 of the County Code. The Consultant is hereby notified that, in accordance with County Code Chapter 2.202, as may be amended from time to time, if the County acquires information concerning the performance of the Consultant on this or other contracts which indicates that the Consultant is not responsible, the County may, in addition to other remedies provided in the Agreement, debar the Consultant from bidding on County contracts for a specified period of time not to exceed three years, and terminate any or all existing contracts the Consultant may have with the County.
