County Responsibilities. 5.1 The COUNTY shall designate a COUNTY staff member to act as COUNTY’s Project Manager. It is agreed to by the parties that the COUNTY’s Project Manager will decide all questions, difficulties, or disputes, of whatever nature, which may arise relative to the interpretation of the plans, construction, prosecution and fulfillment of the Scope of Services, and as to the character, quality, amount and value of any work done, and materials furnished, under or by reason of this Agreement. The COUNTY’s Project Manager may appoint representatives as desired that will be authorized to inspect all work done and all materials furnished.
5.2 The COUNTY shall pay in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Agreement.
5.3 The COUNTY retains the right to inspect all work to verify compliance with the contract documents. Such inspection may extend to all or any part of the work and to the manufacture, preparation or fabrication of the materials to be used.
County Responsibilities. In addition to such responsibilities as may be set forth in this Agreement, County shall have the following specific responsibilities: Provide Consultant with access to all pertinent County records, documents, books, manuals, regulations, ordinances, resolutions or other resources requested by Consultant that are relevant to the task. Provide Consultant with access to County staff and officials for consultation purposes, as may be necessary to provide the Services.
County Responsibilities. The County shall provide information as necessary or requested by the Contractor to enable Contractor to perform under this Contract.
County Responsibilities. The County shall have the following duties:
A. Providing Contractor with pre-conference communications and assisting with travel logistics as needed.
B. Assisting Contractor with sound check and set up on the day of the Conference.
County Responsibilities. Pursuant to C.R.S. § 30-15-401(1)(n.5)(I), the County may ban open fires within the county. In considering multi-county or statewide open burning restrictions that impact other counties pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-33.5-1225, the County will inform the DFPC so that the DFPC may aid the counties in advising the Governor in issuing a proclamation against open burning and/or public movements in any area of the State spanning multiple counties to avoid overbroad burn bans. The County shall, to the extent possible, include and follow the public use restrictions outlined in the County AOP. The County agrees to work cooperatively with the DFPC to coordinate public fire prevention messages provided to the media as outlined in the County AOP.

County Responsibilities. 1. The County will designate and confirm all Election Day polling place locations for the joint election, and will forward such information to the Participating Entities in a timely fashion to allow the governing body of the respective Participating Entities to enter orders designating such polling places.
2. The County will designate the presiding election judge and the alternate presiding election judge to administer the election in the precinct in which a common polling place is to be used and will forward such information to the Participating Entities to allow the governing bodies of the respective Participating Entities to enter appropriate orders designating such officials before the election. The presiding election judge and alternate presiding election judge must be qualified voters of the Travis County election precinct in which the joint election is held. The presiding election judge for the precinct in which a common polling place is used may appoint election clerks as necessary to assist the judge in conducting the election at the precinct polling place. The alternate presiding election judge may be appointed as a clerk. The alternate presiding election judge may serve as the presiding election judge for the precinct in the presiding election judge’s absence. Election judges and clerks will be compensated at the rate established by the County. The Texas Election Code and other applicable laws will determine compensable hours.
3. One set of election officials will preside over the election in the precinct using a common polling place. There will be a single joint voter sign-in process consisting of a common list of registered voters and common signature rosters in the precinct using a common polling place. A single, combined ballot and single ballot box will be used. The officer designated by law to be the custodian of the voted ballots for the County will be custodian of all materials used in common in the precinct using a common polling place. The County will use an electronic voting system, as defined and described by Texas Election Code Title 8, and agrees to use ballots that are compatible with such equipment.
4. The County will arrange for training and will provide the instructors, manuals and other training materials deemed necessary for training all judges and clerks. Training for election judges and alternate judges is mandatory, and these individuals will be compensated for their time in training.

County Responsibilities. A. MCIP Services
1) Except as provided in (vi.) of this section, the County is responsible for reimbursing DHCS for the nonfederal share of MCIP services paid by DHCS to Medi-Cal providers rendering MCIP services to the County’s MCIP eligible beneficiaries.
i. The County may pay a Medi-Cal provider to the extent required by or otherwise permitted by state and federal law to arrange for services for the MCIP individuals. Such additional amounts shall be paid entirely with County funds, and shall not be eligible for Social Security Act Title XIX FFP.
ii. If DHCS pays the Medi-Cal provider more than what the county would have paid for services rendered, the county cannot request the difference from the Medi-Cal provider.
iii. If the county would have paid the Medi-Cal provider less than what DHCS paid the Medi-Cal provider, the county is still obligated to reimburse DHCS for the nonfederal share of the payment from DHCS for MCIP services.
iv. In the event that FFP is not available for any MCIP service claimed pursuant to this Agreement, the County shall be solely responsible for arranging and paying for any such MCIP service.
v. If the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) determines an overpayment has occurred for a payment made to a Medi-Cal provider for MCIP services to the County’s MCIP-eligible inmate, including the application of any federal payment limit that reduces the amount of FFP available for MCIP services, then DHCS shall seek the overpayment amount from the provider and return the collected FFP to CMS and return the collected nonfederal share of the overpayment to the County. In the event that DHCS cannot recover from the Medi-Cal provider such overpayment, the County shall pay DHCS an amount equal to the FFP portion of the unrecovered amount to the extent that section 1903(d)(2)(D) of the Social Security Act is found not to apply.
vi. The County is not responsible for reimbursing DHCS for the nonfederal share of expenditures for MCIP services provided by DPHs when those services are reimbursed under the CPE process because DHCS is not responsible for the nonfederal share of expenditures for MCIP services reimbursed in the CPE process.
vii. The County is responsible for reimbursing DHCS for the nonfederal share of MCIP services provided by DPHs that are not reimbursed under the CPE process.

County Responsibilities a. The County will review outcomes of this Contract at its discretion and prior to renewing the Contract.
b. The County will determine client eligibility and make referrals to Contractor.
c. If the County has reason to believe that the health, safety, or well-being of a person receiving services may be endangered by action of the Contractor or its employees, The County may require that the Contractor immediately terminate providing services to an individual. The County may also remove the person from the care of the Contractor. These actions may be taken immediately and may continue for such a period as is reasonably necessary for the County to determine that the safety and well-being of the person or of other persons in the Contractor’s care have been assured. It is determined that the safety and well-being of the person will remain in jeopardy, the County may immediately terminate this Contract.
