Board Member agrees that so long as Board Member is receiving Director payments from the Company, Board Member will not be an employee, agent, director, owner, partner, Board Member, financial backer, creditor or otherwise directly or indirectly be connected with or provide services to or participate in the management, operation or control of any Company which is in direct competition to the Company.
