Non-Competition Period. The "non-competition period" shall begin on January 1, 2014 and shall end twelve (12) months after the Employee’s termination of employment; provided, however, that the “non-competition period” shall end on the date Employee’s employment ends in the event of Employee’s termination for “good reason” (as defined in paragraph 6(d)), or Employee’s termination without “cause” (as defined in paragraph 3(d)).
Non-Competition Period. The “Non-Competition Period” shall be the period of 18 months following the termination of my employment with the Corporation for any reason.
Non-Competition Period. The restrictions on Executive’s activities identified in Section 4.2 hereof will apply for twelve (12) months after the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, regardless of reason for the termination of such employment.
Non-Competition Period. For purposes of this Agreement, the “Non-Competition Period” means the period from the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company through (i) in the case of a termination without Cause by the Company, the end of the Salary Continuation Period, (ii) in the case of a voluntary termination by the Executive without Good Reason, one (1) year following the date of such termination (for the avoidance of doubt, if Executive terminates his employment for Good Reason there shall be no Non-Competition Period) and (iii) in the case of a termination by the Company with Cause, for one (1) year following such termination.
Non-Competition Period. The "non-competition period" shall begin on January 1, 2008 and shall end 36 months after Employee’s termination of employment ; provided, however, that the “non-competition period” shall end on the date Employee’s employment ends in the event of Employee’s termination for “good reason” (as defined in paragraph 6(d)), or Employee’s termination without “cause” (as defined in paragraph 3(d)), within two years following a Change of Control that occurs during the Period of Employment .
Non-Competition Period. If Employee's employment with Employer shall cease for any reason during the Period of Employment as defined in paragraph 1(a) of this Agreement, the "non-competition period" shall begin on the date the first payment is made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and shall end on the earlier of (i) the date that is 18 months after the date the final payment is made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, or (ii) December 31, 2007.
Non-Competition Period. The period beginning on the effective date of this Agreement and extending throughout the two (2) year period following the Executive’s Termination, as may be amended pursuant to Section 4.1(b).
Non-Competition Period. For the period commencing at the Closing and ending on the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Non-Competition Period”), the Consultant agrees to the below restrictive covenants. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Non-Competition Period shall be subject to earlier termination pursuant to Sections 9(b) and 10 hereof.
Non-Competition Period. If Employee's employment with Employer shall cease for any reason during the Period of Employment as defined in paragraph 1(a) of this Agreement, the "non-competition period" shall begin on the date the first payment is made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and shall end on the date the final payment is made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement; provided, however, that the non-competition period shall end on the date Employee's employment ends in the event of Employee's termination for "good reason" (as defined in paragraph 6(e)), or Employee's termination without cause (as defined in paragraph 3(d)), within two years following a Change of Control that occurs during the Period of Employment.
Non-Competition Period. For the purposes of this Section 7, "Non-Competition Period" shall mean the period during which the Executive is employed by the Company and the one-year period commencing on the last day of the Executive's employment by the Company.
