2Purpose of Loan. The primary purpose of the loan is to allow the Company to acquire approximately 503 acres of real property located in Shoshone County, Idaho, including the patented mining claims (with both surface and mineral rights) relating to said real property (the “Xxxx Land-West”). Loan proceeds in excess of the purchase price for the Xxxx Land-West will be used by the Company as working capital to benefit the Xxxx Land-West or to acquire additional real property.
