The factory purpose and matters connected therewith shall not use the Leased Land or any part thereof for any other purpose without the permission in writing of the Chief Executive Officer, Xxxx Raipur Xxxx Nagar Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx provided that the Leased Land shall not be used for the purpose of factory or any industry which by reason of emission of odour, liquid, effluvia, dust, smoke gas noise vibration or fire hazards is declared as obnoxious by the Lessor.

Purpose of Use. The purposes of use normally associ- ated with civil aircraft operations at Air Force airfields are listed in Table 1. Requests for use for purposes other than those listed will be considered and may be approved if warranted by unique circumstances. A separate DD Form 2401 is required for each purpose of use.
