Common use of 30-Day Termination Clause in Contracts

30-Day Termination. Intermedia may terminate this Agreement or any Schedule for any reason by providing thirty (30) calendar days’ notice. If Intermedia terminates this Agreement pursuant to this Section 3.4(a), then all Schedules will terminate at the end of the thirty (30) day notice period. If Intermedia terminates any Schedule pursuant to this Section 3.4(a), then (i) for a Schedule with a Monthly Plan, if the effective termination date occurs prior to the end of the then-current Schedule Term, Intermedia will refund (or refrain from charging You) the pro rata monthly fees for the month in which Services and/or Voice Services terminate and (ii) for a Schedule with an Annual Plan, Intermedia will refund (or refrain from charging You) the monthly fees for the month in which Services and/or Voice Services terminate. For Schedules with either a Monthly Plan or an Extended Plan, if Intermedia terminates this Agreement or any Schedule pursuant to this Section 3.4(a), Intermedia will not charge You monthly fees for any month following the month in which Intermedia terminates this Agreement, including any Schedule.
