300 INFORMATION AND DATA Clause Samples

The '300 INFORMATION AND DATA' clause establishes the requirements and procedures for the exchange, management, and use of information and data between parties in a contract. It typically outlines what types of data must be provided, the format and timing for submissions, and any standards or protocols that must be followed. For example, it may require the contractor to submit progress reports, technical documents, or digital files in specified formats at certain project milestones. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all necessary information is shared in a timely and organized manner, reducing misunderstandings and supporting effective project coordination.
