Common use of 31B Clause in Contracts

31B. 06 Applications for sabbatical leave shall be directed to the Xxxx no later than February 1 for sabbatical leaves commencing in January of the subsequent academic year and no later than October 1 for sabbatical leaves commencing July 1 of the subsequent academic year. Applications received with less notice may be considered in exceptional circumstances. Applicants for sabbatical leave shall be evaluated by the Assessment Committees as set out in Article 25.
