341 Prevention of Oil Spills. If Con- tractor maintains storage facilities for oil or oil products on Contract Area, Contractor shall take appropriate pre- ventive measures to ensure that any spill of such oil or oil products does not enter any stream or other waters of the United States or any of the individual States.
