345 Zoning or subdivision. Unless approved as part of a site-specific development plan and compliance with the procedural provisions of this chapter is made, the zoning or subdivision of a property shall not constitute a site-specific development plan and shall not result in the creation of vested property rights.

  • No Removal or Substitution The Resident may not remove, alter or change any property in the Room which is provided on occupancy or at any other time during the Term, including and not limited to; furnishings, fixtures, equipment, television sets, appliances, window screens, floor coverings and any mattress covering. The Resident shall use all such items only for their intended purpose.

  • ASSIGNING OR SUB-LETTING OF CONTRACT This Contract shall not be assigned nor sublet by the Contractor or Surety without prior written consent thereto of the Board.

  • Local Subdivision Contribution The Recipient shall, at a minimum, contribute to the Project (the "Local Subdivision Contribution") the Local Subdivision Participation Percentage as set forth in Appendix D of this Agreement. The Local Subdivision Contribution to the Project shall be for the sole and express purpose of paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the OPWC under this Agreement for the completion of the Project as defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement.

  • District Initiated Transfers 8.5.1 Unit members shall not be transferred arbitrarily, capriciously, or without a rational basis in fact.
