380/220 V 50 Hz- Socket Outlets for reefer stacks. Socket outlets shall be provided in reefer stack area. Socket outlets shall be positioned such that the maximum cable length does not exceed 15m. Receptacle with socket outlets shall be metal clad to IPW 67, weatherproof and incorporate a spring return flap cover. 2 gang socket outlets shall be installed. Specification for reefer socket: CEE-type, IP 67,32 A,400-440 V,IP67, 4 pole, position of ground contact 3h Specification for maintenance socket in reefer stack area: CEE-type, 16A, 230V A.C., IP 67 socket outlets shall be supplied with a rated output of 3000 VA. The receptacle shall incorporate an incoming on-load disconnecting switch, protecting M.C.B’s with residual current trip of 30 mA and a maximum operating time of 30ms. Reefer rack – plug-in point for RTG stand-by power supply: The Contractor must ensure the compatibility with the unit of the RTG. That means the dimensions, the rated current, the male/female contacts must be checked before installation on Site by deliver a sample on site and to connect it with the RTG. Additional specification for plug-in point executed as socket: Power connector with screw ring, IP66, 3x630A+E+2pilot, 1kV, 300 mm², materials made of marine grade of aluminium and bronze.
