3Definitions. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in Exhibit 1, unless otherwise defined in the context of the provision. Words having well-known technical or trade meanings but not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall be accorded such meaning unless expressly defined otherwise herein.
