3rd Installment. The BUYER shall remit the amount of this installment in accordance with Article II, Paragraph 3(c) by telegraphic transfer to SELLER’s Bank as receiving bank nominated by the SELLER for A/C Beneficiary: China Shipbuilding Trading Company Limited, or through other receiving bank to be nominated by the SELLER from time to time and such nomination shall be notified to the BUYER at least ten (10) days prior to the due date for payment.
3rd Installment. On or before 30th September 2025, the BUYER shall remit the amount of this Installment by telegraphic transfer to the SELLER 1’s Bank for the account of the SELLER 1 with remarks “Hull No. S-K192”.
3rd Installment. The BUYER shall remit the amount of this installment in accordance with clause 3(c) of Article II, by telegraphic transfer to the bank as stated in the Refund Guarantee for credit to the account of SELLER .
3rd Installment. The BUYER shall remit the amount of this installment in accordance with Article 2, Paragraph 3(c) by telegraphic transfer to xxxxxxxx Bank, xxxx Branch, the People’s Republic of China as receiving bank nominated by the SELLER, for credit to the account of xxxxxsxxxxxxxxxxxxx Account No XXXNXXXXXX with direct SWIFT advice from the remitting bank to xxxxxxx Bank, xxxx Branch.
3rd Installment. The Buyer shall pay the amount of said installment and such Installment on or before 31st March, 2025 by telegraphic transfer to MUFG for the account of the Seller in accordance with the Paragraph 3 (c) of this Article.
3rd Installment. The sum of Eight Million Seven Hundred Eighteen Thousand United States Dollars (U.S.$8,718,000), equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price shall be paid upon the second banking day next following completion of the fabrication of steel for the pontoons, columns and upper hull of the VESSEL, which shall be deemed to require completion of specific, yet to be mutually agreed, tasks.
3rd Installment. The sum of United States Dollars Three Million Seven Hundred Sixty Thousand (US$3,760,000.-) shall be paid by 30th September 2025.
3rd Installment. The sum of United States Dollars 2,000,000.00 (United States Dollars Two Million only), shall become due and payable and shall be paid within five (5) New York banking days after keel-laying of the first section of the VESSEL. The keel-laying shall be notified by the SELLER with a telex, telefax or letter notice to the BUYER stating that the said keel-laying has been carried out accompanied by a copy of the written confirmation issued by Classification Society to the effect that the keel-laying has been carried out. The SELLER shall send to the BUYER a telex or telefax demand for payment of this instalment.
3rd Installment. The sum of Fourteen Million Four Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Nine Hundred United States Dollars (U.S.$14,473,900), equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the Contract Price shall be paid upon the second banking day next following completion of the three leg well modules, which shall be deemed to require completion of the following tasks: o Completion of fabrication / assembly of the three leg well blocks 5, 6 and 7, 100% complete including successful NDT, including: o Completion of fabrication / assembly of the three spud cans, 100% complete including successful NDT.
3rd Installment. Upon acceptance of the deliverables agreed in the Project Brief by the client; conditional on the student having provided a client- and CEED office-approved CEED seminar paper, all required monthly reports, and a fully signed project brief.
