4Commercial or Business Automobile Liability. Insurance insuring against liability for damages for bodily injury, death, or damage to property (including loss of use thereof), and occurring in any way related to the use, loading or unloading of any of Seller’s automobiles for coverage of owned, non-owned, leased and hired vehicles, in the amount of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage. Seller’s automobile liability insurance coverage shall contain appropriate no-fault insurance provisions or other endorsements in accordance with applicable laws. Coverage shall be at least as broad as the Insurance Services Office Business Auto Coverage form covering Automobile Liability, code 1 “any auto”. If the services involve hauling hazardous materials, coverage shall be endorsed to include MCS 90 endorsement.

  • Business Automobile Liability Contractor shall maintain, during the entire term of the contract, automobile liability insurance in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) per occurrence.

  • Commercial Automobile Liability Where the services to be provided under this Contract involve or require the use of any type of vehicle by Contractor, Contractor shall provide comprehensive business or commercial automobile liability coverage, including non-owned and hired automobile liability, in the amount of $1,000,000.00.

  • Business Auto Liability The automobile liability insurance provided by the Contractor shall conform to the requirements hereinafter set forth:

  • Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance that shall include coverage for bodily injury and property damage arising from the operation of any owned, non-owned, or hired automobile. The Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance Policy shall provide not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limits for each accident. Additional Requirements for Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers designed for travel on public roads, with a minimum, combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Business Automobile Liability Insurance must cover all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles with a minimum combined single limit of $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. The policy shall contain the following endorsements in favor of DIR and/or Customer:

  • Vehicle Liability Consultant shall maintain Business Automobile Liability insurance with a limit of $1,000,000 each occurrence on Consultant’s owned, hired and non-owned vehicles assigned to or used in the performance of the Consultant’s work or services under this Agreement. Coverage will be at least as broad as ISO coverage code “1” “any auto” policy form CA 00 01 12 93 or equivalent thereof. To the fullest extent allowed by law, for claims arising out of the performance of this Agreement, the City, its agents, representatives, officers, directors, officials and employees shall be cited as an Additional Insured under ISO Business Auto policy Designated Insured Endorsement form CA 20 48 or equivalent. If any Excess insurance is utilized to fulfill the requirements of this subsection, such Excess insurance shall be “follow form” equal or broader in coverage scope than underlying insurance.

  • Specific Requirements for Automobile Liability Contractor shall purchase and maintain coverage with split limits of $500,000 per person (personal injury), $1,000,000 per accident occurrence (personal injury), and $100,000 per accident occurrence (property damage), OR combined single limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence to cover such claims as may be caused by any act, omission, or negligence of Contractor or its officers, agents, representatives, assigns, or subcontractors.
