6Assignment. This Agreement, including the rights and obligations herein, may not be transferred by Supplier to any third Party without receiving ISR's prior written consent. Notwithstanding the above, ISR shall consent to the assignment of Supplier's right to receive payment under this Agreement to Supplier's bank, provided a dully written notice is provided to ISR in advance and ISR's right shall not be prejudiced.
