7 - SUSPENSION. II.7.1 The beneficiary may suspend implementation of the action if exceptional circumstances make this impossible or excessively difficult, notably in the event of force majeure. He shall inform the Agency without delay, giving all the necessary reasons and details and the foreseeable date of resumption.
