Cancellation and Suspension. We may at any time close or suspend Your Account or temporarily refuse to allow further charges to Your Account. You can cancel Your Account at any time by notifying Us in writing at the address provided on Your Account statement of Your desire to do so. No cancellation or suspension will affect Your obligation to pay any amounts You then owe under this Account Agreement. We will notify You of the Account balance in the event of any termination and all outstanding obligations will survive the termination of this Account Agreement by either party.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may cancel or suspend your Card, your Card Account, or this Agreement immediately, for any reason, and without notice to you. You may cancel your Card, your Card Account, or this Agreement at any time by notifying Customer Service at the number or address provided below. Cancellation or suspension of this Agreement will not affect any of our rights or your obligations arising under this Agreement prior to such cancellation or suspension. In the event that your Card Account is cancelled, closed, or terminated for any reason, you may request the unused balance to be returned to you via a check to the mailing address we have in our records. The Bank reserves the right to refuse to return the unused balance if it is less than $1.00.

If you attempt to use the Card after the expiration date, the transactions may not be processed. When a Card is issued to you, the Card will have an expiration date and will expire accordingly.

Xxxxxxxx’s right to cancel The Borrower may at any time by notice in writing to the Bank cancel, in whole or in part and with immediate effect, the undisbursed portion of the Credit. If you attempt to use the Card or add funds to your Card Account after the expiration date, the transactions may not be processed. If there is a balance remaining in your Card Account upon expiration, a new Card may be issued to you. You must activate any newly issued Card in order to access the funds in your Card Account. If we do not choose to issue a new Card to you or if we cancel your Card Account for any reason, we will attempt to refund to you the balance remaining in your Card Account less any amounts owed to us (e.g., fees and charges). A check made payable to you will be mailed to you at the latest postal address reflected in our records. A fee may be imposed for refunding the remaining account balance by check (see the Schedule of Fees and Charges).
