9019 Motion; Agreement Effective Date; Time. 1.1. Debtors shall file a motion in the Bankruptcy Case pursuant to Section 105 of the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure 4001 and 9019 (the “9019 Motion”), for approval of this Agreement and seek a waiver of the 14-day stay in the order approving the 9019 Motion (the “9019 Order”). All Parties hereby consent to an order shortening time to hear the 9019 Motion on an accelerated basis and a waiver of the 14-day stay in accordance with Bankruptcy Rule 6004.

  • Amendment Effective Date This Amendment shall become effective as of the first date (the “Amendment Effective Date”) on which each of the following conditions shall have been satisfied:

  • EFFECTIVE DATE, TERMINATION, AND RENEWAL 17.1 This Agreement shall become effective on the first day of May, AD., 2019, and shall continue in full force and effect until the thirtieth (30th) day of April, AD., 2022 and thereafter from year to year unless terminated upon written notice of either party within one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to any anniversary of the terminal date.

  • Contract Effective Date This agreement becomes effective when signed by the last party whose signing makes the agreement fully executed.

  • Effective Date; Termination Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions:

  • Effective Date Duration and Renewal This Agreement shall become effective as of May 1, 2010. No party shall perform work under this Contract before the effective date.   • WAIVER AND EFFECTIVE DATE PJM requests that the Commission grant any and all waivers of the Commission’s rules and regulations necessary for acceptance of this filing and the enclosed Amended Service Agreements. Additionally, PJM requests a waiver of the Commission’s 60-day prior notice requirement to (i) allow the effective date of the Amended ISA to remain January 28, 2019; and
