A dditional Documents. At the request of Completion Guarantor, Producer shall execute and deliver all such further reasonable documents prepared by Completion Guarantor consistent herewith as Completion Guarantor may deem necessary or appropriate to perfect, maintain, protect and preserve the Lien and, in the event Producer fails to do so within three (3) Business Days of Completion Guarantor’s request, Completion Guarantor may execute such documents as Producer’s attorney-in-fact pursuant to Producer’s Power of Attorney.
