Common use of A Director or Second Clause in Contracts

A Director or Second. Unit Director agreeing to use his or her own vehicle for work-related purposes shall arrange for adequate insurance coverage for business and/or commercial purposes before using such personal vehicle for such purposes and shall provide evidence of such coverage to the Producer upon request.
