A Insurance – Automobile Liability and Worker’s Compensation. 1.A1 The municipality shall obtain automobile liability insurance as follows: Coverage on the highway equipment owned by the municipality and to be used for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned and at least with the following limits: bodily injury liability of $100,000 for each person and $300,000 for each accident, and property damage liability of $50,000 for each accident. Each policy of such automobile liability insurance shall contain, by endorsement, the following provisions: It is agreed that with respect to operations involving the control of snow and ice on State highways under Subdivision 2 of Section 12 of the Highway Law, the policy and any endorsement attached thereto are amended as follows: The word “automobile” as defined includes self-propelled land vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers. Such insurance as is afforded by the policy for bodily injury liability and for property damage liability also applies to the State of New York and the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of New York, as insured, with respect to the use, by or for the named insured on behalf of the State or Commissioner, of automobiles covered by the policy. No liability is assumed by the State or Commissioner for the payment of any premiums stated in the policy or earned thereunder. In the event of change or cancellations of the policy, ten dayswritten notice will be given by the company and/or municipality to the Resident Engineer of the State of New York. The inclusion of such insured shall not affect any recovery to which such insured would be entitled under the policy were they not so included.

  • Employers’ Liability and Workers’ Compensation Insurance providing statutory benefits in accordance with the laws and regulations of the state in which the Point of Interconnection is located.

  • Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance During the Contract term, the Contractor at its sole expense shall provide commercial insurance of such a type and with such terms and limits as may be reasonably associated with the Contract, which, at a minimum, shall be: workers’ compensation and employer’s liability insurance per Florida statutory limits (currently $100,000 per accident, $100,000 per person, and $500,000 policy aggregate) covering all employees engaged in any Contract work; commercial general liability coverage on an occurrence basis in the minimum amount of $500,000 (defense cost shall be in excess of the limit of liability), naming the State as an additional insured; and automobile liability insurance covering all vehicles, owned or otherwise, used in the Contract work, with minimum combined limits of $500,000, including hired and non-owned liability, and $5,000 medical payment. Providing and maintaining adequate insurance coverage is a material obligation of the Contractor and is of the essence of the Contract. The Contract shall not limit the types of insurance Contractor may desire to obtain or be required to obtain by law. The limits of coverage under each policy maintained by the Contractor shall not be interpreted as limiting the Contractor’s liability and obligations under the Contract. All insurance policies shall be through insurers authorized to write policies in Florida.

  • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Business Automobile Liability Insurance must cover all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles with a minimum combined single limit of $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. The policy shall contain the following endorsements in favor of DIR and/or Customer:

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers licensed for travel on public roads, with a minimum combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain insurance covering all owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles in limits of liability not less than indicated below. The coverage must be subject to terms no less broad than ISO Business Auto Coverage Form CA 0001 (2010 edition or newer), or equivalent. Minimum Limits: $1,000,000 each accident, combined single limit

  • Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance The Contractor shall have in effect during the entire life of this Agreement Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance providing full statutory coverage. In signing this Agreement, the Contractor certifies, as required by Section 1861 of the California Labor Code, that it is aware of the provisions of Section 3700 of the California Labor Code which requires every employer to be insured against liability for Worker's Compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of the Code, and I will comply with such provisions before commencing the performance of the work of this Agreement.
