Common use of A Letting Only Clause in Contracts

A Letting Only. At all times during the Term, full legal title to and ownership of the Aircraft shall remain vested in Owner to the exclusion of Lessee, notwithstanding the delivery of the Aircraft to, and the possession and use thereof by, Lessee. Lessee shall bear all risks of loss, theft, damage or destruction of or to the Aircraft during the Term.
