A mericans with Disabilities Act. The Lessee shall be responsible for compliance upon the Leased Premises with all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and shall indemnify, defend, and save the Lessor harmless from any claim, damage, or loss resulting from the Lessee’s failure to comply with the Act, which indemnification shall survive the termination of this Lease.
