Subsidy 20.1 This Agreement is drafted with the intention that it is lawful and complies with the requirements of the United Kingdom Competition Requirement.
SUBSIDY CONTROL 29.1 The Provider should satisfy itself, if the Subsidy Control Rules apply to the Funding received in relation to the Services delivered under this Agreement. Land Acquisition and Involuntary Resettlement 6. The Borrower shall ensure or cause the EA to ensure that all land and all rights-of- way required for the Project, and all Project facilities are made available to the Works contractor in accordance with the schedule agreed under the related Works contract and all land acquisition and resettlement activities are implemented in compliance with (i) all applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower and the State relating to land acquisition and involuntary resettlement; (ii) the Involuntary Resettlement Safeguards; (iii) the RF; and (iv) all measures and requirements set forth in the respective RP, and any corrective or preventative actions set forth in a Safeguards Monitoring Report.
