  • Approval of Contractor’s Staff 7.3.1 County has the absolute right to approve or disapprove all of the Contractor’s staff performing work hereunder and any proposed changes in the Contractor’s staff, including, but not limited to, the Contractor’s Project Manager.

  • State Approval of Replacement Personnel The Engineer may not replace the project manager or key personnel without prior consent of the State. The State must be satisfied that the new project manager or other key personnel is qualified to provide the authorized services. If the State determines that the new project manager or key personnel is not acceptable, the Engineer may not use that person in that capacity and shall replace him or her with one satisfactory to the State within forty-five (45) days.

  • Removal of Contractor Employee All employees of the Engineer assigned to this contract shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. The State may instruct the Engineer to remove any employee from association with work authorized in this contract if, in the sole opinion of the State, the work of that employee does not comply with the terms of this contract or if the conduct of that employee becomes detrimental to the work.

  • Approval of Claim When an employee is granted sick leave with pay and Workers’ Compensation leave is subsequently approved for the same period it shall be considered for the purpose of the record of sick leave credits that the employee was not granted sick leave with pay.

  • Approval of Agreement The Board of Directors of the Company has authorized the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Company and has approved this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Certification Regarding Prohibition of Boycotting Israel (Tex Gov. Code 2271) If (a) Vendor is not a sole proprietorship; (b) Vendor has ten (10) or more full-time employees; and (c) this Agreement or any agreement with a TIPS Member under this procurement has value of $100,000 or more, the following certification shall apply; otherwise, this certification is not required. Vendor certifies, where applicable, that neither the Vendor, nor any affiliate, subsidiary, or parent company of Vendor, if any, boycotts Israel, and Vendor agrees that Vendor and Vendor Companies will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “boycott” shall mean and include refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with Israel, or with a person or entity doing business in Israel or in an Israeli-controlled territory but does not include an action made for ordinary business purposes.   • Renewal of Contracts The contract is for one (1) year with an option for renewal for 2 consecutive years. Total term of contract can be up to 3 years if sales are reported through the contract and both parties agree.

  • Renewal of Contract If a Board representative does not inform the Superintendent in writing on or before the seventh day after the regular December board meeting of the Board’s intention to consider the nonrenewal or amendment of this contract, the contract will automatically renew for a period of one year from and after the expiration date provided in Section 1 of this contract. The Superintendent shall remind the Board in writing of this provision no later than its regular November meeting of each year of this contract and shall make the renewal of his employment contract an agenda item for the regular December board meeting during each year of this contract. At the time of each contract renewal and/or amendment, the Superintendent shall be responsible for taking all necessary steps to insure that the district has complied with the Superintendent Pay Transparency Act.

  • CONTRACTOR’S SUBMISSION OF CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS In connection with any Contract modification, OGS reserves the right to:  request additional information  reject Contract modifications  remove Products from Contract modification requests  request additional discounts for new or existing Products

  • Approval of Leave Any leave of absence will be submitted to the Company for approval in writing. No approved leave of absence will affect any employee’s seniority rights when used for the purpose granted and providing the employee returns to work at the expiration of his/her leave.
