Common use of A Schedule Clause in Contracts

A Schedule. “A.1” employee on-call shall be paid at straight time of two (2.0) hours per day, based on the On-Call Pager hourly rate established in Schedule “A.1”. An employee shall be paid at straight time of two and one-half (2.5) hours per day, based on the On-Call Pager hourly rate of pay established in Schedule “A.1” for recognized statutory holidays and weekends.
