Traditional IRA-to-Xxxx XXX Conversions If you convert to a Xxxx XXX, the amount of the conversion from your Traditional IRA to your Xxxx XXX will be treated as a distribution for income tax purposes, and is includible in your gross income (except for any nondeductible contributions). Although the conversion amount generally is included in income, the 10 percent early distribution penalty tax will not apply to conversions from a Traditional IRA to a Xxxx XXX, regardless of whether you qualify for any exceptions to the 10 percent penalty tax. Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.
CLEC Provided Splitter – Line Sharing 3.4.1 Freedom may at its option purchase, install and maintain central office POTS splitters in its collocation arrangements. Freedom may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Existing Collocation rules and procedures and the terms and conditions relating to Collocation set forth in Attachment 4- Central Office shall apply.
Other Fires on Sale Area Forest Service shall pay Purchaser, at fire fighting rates common in the area or at prior agreed rates, for equipment or personnel furnished by Purchaser pursuant to B7.3, or otherwise at the request of Forest Service, on any fire on Sale Area other than an Operations Fire or a Negligent Fire. B7.5 State Law. Purchaser shall not be relieved by the terms of this contract of any liability to the United States for fire suppression costs recoverable in an action based on State law, except for such costs resulting from Operations Fires. Amounts due Purchaser for fire fighting expenditures in accordance with B7.41 shall not be with- held pending settlement of any such claim or action based on State law.
Cooling Off Period You may terminate this Contract with immediate effect at any time within the period of 14 days after the date this Contract is entered into without incurring any liability to DFMC.
